Ok, I started doing a little research of my own this morning.

I am now pretty sure a judge will tell you he represents the Judiciary of England and Wales. This body is supposedly independent of government - see Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2005/ukpga_20050004_en_2#pt2-pb2

So how do we work around this obstacle?

I like Marc's use of logical reasoning to confound the judicial system. It's a relatively straight forward method of tackling the establishment but does still need thorough research before put into pratice.

My key question is: who do judges in this country represent? The Crown, The Ministry of Justice, the government or some other body?

Once they cotton on to this line of questioning they are bound to try weasel out of it. It would be prudent to prepare further questions or, even better, produce evidence to show this conflict of interest does exist. (although that does go against Matc's core idea of making the judge contradict himself)

For instance, considering the government is a collection of separate corporate entities what is to stop them using this departmentalisation to nullify our claims of a conflict?

I think it's important to envisage how the establishment will counter this so we can be better prepared to punch holes in their claims.

For years I had been researching the "law", admiralty, UCC, Freeman ect. and nothing hits you with sheer clarity and reasoning as much as Marc does. For the past 2 years I have done nothing but champion Marc's cause. The problem isn't 1099's ect. it's the government-- pure and simple. Stop your headaches by looking at the facts.

There are some very interesting things going on in regards the the Law these days. Learning the difference between the Law of the Land and Statutes is key to taking back one's Freedom.
